INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR
Tasks
Reporting to the Export Manager you will be responsible for all incoming phone calls and fulfill a customer service function with clients. You will be required to prepare quotations, tend to client enquiries and needs, managing client issues and coordinating expressions of interest. You will regularly speak to clients regarding orders. One of the main objectives in a first stage is to develop a customer database and to generate new leads on projects.
We sell total solutions to our clients and you play a coordination role with our headquarter based in Belgium for the projects and Make To Order products.
In this role you will also be responsible for working out all kind of marketing actions such as advertisement, leaflets, product samples, binders, organizing seminars, preparing fairs…
You are open to do some general administrative tasks such as office equipments, travel arrangements, budget control…
The monthly reporting to headquarters and reporting about the tracking of the projects, is also one of your tasks.
Profile
This role requires someone whom enjoys working in varied environment with a very strong customer service orientation. You must be proactive and enjoy working within a 'hands on' team environment. You will demonstrate experience within a similar environment and display an enthusiastic personality. We are looking for an entrepreneur who likes to take up responsibilities and who has a bachelor degree in sales, marketing,… with at least 3 years of experience in a coordination role. You can communicate fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage but not a must.
